「HangSpine（悬脊）」是一款 Apple Watch 悬垂训练计数与统计应用。 我们不收集你的身份信息。训练记录留在你的设备上；只有计划服务会在你主动使用时处理你写的那句话（见第 4 节）。
HangSpine is an Apple Watch hang-training counter and statistics app. We do not collect identity information. Your training records stay on your devices; only the plan service processes the sentence you write, and only when you choose to use it (see section 4).
1. Your training data
所有训练记录仅保存在你自己的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 上（系统本地存储）。 没有账户体系，也不做训练数据的云端同步；唯一的网络请求是计划服务（见第 4 节）。 卸载 App 即删除本机数据。
All training records are stored only on your own iPhone and Apple Watch (system-local storage). There are no accounts and no sync of training data; the only network request is the plan service (section 4). Uninstalling the app deletes the local data.
2. Health data
仅在你明确授权后，App 会将完成的训练以「体能训练」形式写入 Apple 健康。 App 不读取健康数据，健康数据不会离开你的设备，也绝不用于广告、出售或与任何第三方共享。
Only after your explicit permission, the app writes completed workouts to Apple Health. The app does not read health data. Health data never leaves your device and is never used for advertising, sale, or sharing with any third party.
3. Device sync
手表与手机之间的数据传输使用 Apple 系统提供的 WatchConnectivity（本机蓝牙/局域网）， 过程不经过任何第三方服务器；计划服务不参与手表与手机之间的同步。
Data transfer between watch and phone uses Apple's system-provided WatchConnectivity (local Bluetooth/Wi-Fi). No third-party servers are involved, and the plan service takes no part in watch-phone sync.
4. Plan service
只有你自己使用「计划助手」时，App 才会联网。
发出的内容：你写的那句话，加上你的训练档案（项目、等级、板型、惯用手；追问某份计划的细节时， 还包括当前计划和身高体重，若你填过）。
发送之前：链接、邮箱、手机号会在你的设备上去掉，然后才发出。
到达之后：计划服务的 Cloudflare 日志会保留最多 7 天的脱敏请求文本、模型回复与请求编号，仅用于排错；不带账号标识、不带训练记录。 计划的生成由第三方模型服务完成，传给它的只有上面这些脱敏后的内容，不带账号标识、不带训练记录。 这些内容不用于广告，也不出售。
The app only goes online when you use the plan coach yourself.
What is sent: the sentence you type, plus your training profile (discipline, grades, board, dominant hand; when you ask about a plan, the current plan and your height/weight if you entered them).
Before sending: links, emails and phone numbers are removed on your device, before it is sent.
After that: the plan service's Cloudflare logs keep the redacted request text, the model reply and a request id for up to 7 days, for debugging only. They carry no account identifier and no training records. Plan generation is handled by a third-party model service, which receives only the redacted content above. It is never used for advertising and never sold.
5. No tracking
App 不包含任何分析统计 SDK、广告组件或追踪代码，不采集设备标识符，不追踪你的使用行为。
The app contains no analytics SDKs, advertising components, or tracking code; it collects no device identifiers and does not track your usage.
